AI: Long Run Threat or Opportunity – what might the future bring?

Donald Putnam, Managing Partner, Grail Partners | September 19, 2017

Over thirty years of the growth death and rebirth of AI, key themes have emerged that tell us a lot about the future.

Rather than focus on the immediate threats and opportunities, Don relates long-standing themes and extends them in a seven to ten year view.

In each case, the utopian and dystopian possibilities are presented. Examples and references will focus on financial services and technology sectors, but the impact on other industries will be drawn out where relevant (medicine, in particular).

Recorded at RavenPack's 5th Annual Research Symposium , that took place September 19, 2017 in New York City.
